Darrell I haven’t used the log splitter yet but the assembly instructions for the stand and guard are the worst I’ve ever seen on any product ever!
It tells you for example you’ll need x number of nuts. Bolts and washers and nuts but doesn’t tell you or show you where they go. Takes a bit of fathoming out and you’ll need circlip pliers for the wheels.

Martel Merryfield I’ve now emailed once and submitted two enquiry forms with absolutely no response. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
My order arrived with a missing wheel, which means I cannot properly use the product. On top of that, the assembly instructions are extremely poor and unclear, making the whole process even more frustrating.
I expect someone from Lazy Logs to contact me urgently to resolve this issue — either by sending the missing part immediately or arranging a suitable solution. If I don’t receive a response soon, I will have no choice but to escalate this further and pursue other options.
Very disappointing experience so far.
